Hi all,

 

Sorry to be asking so many questions!

 

My Charge 4 doesn't notify me when I receive WhatsApp messages.  I have gone into the Fitbit app (Android) and made sure that the WhatsApp notifications is turned on.  I have synced it up and still nothing.  This also includes my emails and Calendar events which are all switched on in the app.  Any ideas what to do?  I have tried restarting phone and fitbit etc. but to no avail

Please do not apologize, the Community is here to help each other and solve everybody's questions regarding Fitbit. 

 

Please make sure, that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background. Usually you'll find the settings on the phone settings> apps>Fitbit app >Battery consumption.

Make sure that the Fitbit app running, even if the display on your phone is off.

If the situation persists, let me know what Android Version is running on your phone.
