Over the last couple weeks, I’ve been having issues with my Charge 4’s heart rate readings. During recorded workouts, the FitBit struggles to keep reading heart rate and doesn’t record it for nearly half the time. When it does, the reading jumps severely from one heart rate to the next or remains much lower from a regular pulse reading (I.e. a jog will go from 160 to 110 without any speed or intensity change on my part). I haven’t changed the pattern or style of my workouts, wearing the Fitbit on the top of my wrist, also tried lower on my wrist. Wiped down the sensors and restarted the device to no avail. Is this a known issue that has popped up for this device?
