Charge 4 - Can’t login to the app

I have an old charge 4 which I am trying to reactivate. It has charged up successfully but I can’t login to the Fitbit app on iPhone 15. My email and password are correct. I’ve switched the phone on and off both with, and without, the app installed. I’ve turned wifi and bluetooth off and on again but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing with us that you cannot login to the Fitbit app. 

I suggest you try to reset your password this way:

  1. Tap Log In > Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and tap "Send Reset Email".
  3. Click the link in the password reset email. This link takes you to our mobile website.
  4. Enter your new password and tap "Set".
  5. Return to the Fitbit app and log in using your new password.
