Charge 4 - Cannot see screen and now cannot see detailed sleep data with updated App

I have struggled on with the Charge 4 unable to see the screen if I dare to venture outside mainly because I quite like the sleep data. I was prompted to update the Fitbit App today and now the detailed sleep data seems to have disappeared and I guess I cannot recover the old App!! Happy if anyone has a solution to this problem...

@PaulsTracker   Fitbit didn't change the sleep format to take away your sleep stages.  The second screenshot show sleep patterns, not sleep stages.  Everyone can get this from time to time.  The most common reason is that your Fitbit couldn't get a detailed heart rate.
