Device gets fully charged shows full charge but immediately drops to 45% 1% then fails to work? Tried clearing data and starting over,  problem not solved. Also shows the wrong time?

The time shown on the clock face, will be restored once your Charge 4 is synced with your mobile device and Fitbit app.

Regarding the battery consumption, have you read this?Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Thank you but the problem is that the fitbit 4 won't charge and I am using the proper charger that came with the device. It shows 100% charged but then as soon as I put it back on my wrist it immediately drops to a very low charge the within less than a minute fails to work at all. Today it won't charge at all either. I've only had it less than 2 years!!!
