After using my Charge 4 with no problems for over a year it has now decided to go haywire and has counted over 1000 steps before I even get out of bed! It now randomly adds 1000’s of steps throughout the day. What is going off? How do I resolve this?

Have you tried to restart your Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?
