Charge 4 DND mode isn't working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

At night I try to turn on DND (sleep mode hasn't pushed through yet), but it won't set. I go to setting on my Fitbit and select DND and On. However when I use the side buttons to go back to my clock face it just goes back to DND being off. Am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the Community, @ccraville.

Thanks for this information, if you want to turn on this feature, make sure to do the following:

  1. From the the clock screen, press and hold the button, and swipe left to the quick settings screen.
  2. Tap DND

. Make sure you check your do not disturb and sleep mode settings.

You can also try to restart your device by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I've done all that repeatedly. The minute I leave the DND screen it resets itself to off.

Why if I turn off heart rate zone notifications does the Charge 4 still give a vibrate notification when in the golf mode? Why if I turn on do not disturb does the Charge 4 still give notifications about zone minutes?

Does do not disturb really not mean do not disturb? How can I be in golf exercise mode and turn off all notifications so I don't get annoying vibrations during my back swing?

The Charge 4 is becoming a big disappoint!

Thanks for getting back, @ccraville and @ScubaRW50, it's great to see you here.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the information provided. The DND icon dims to indicate that all notifications, including goal celebrations and reminders to move, are turned off. Can you please confirm this?.

You can also check the article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?.

Keep me posted.

Checked and the Do Not Disturb changes from off to on and the Exercise
Alerts brightens and says off. You still get some alerts even like this.
Thanks and please let me know.

There are two ways on the Fitbit to access DND. You can hold the button or swipe left to get to Settings.DND icon will be dark for off. Then make sure it is sinking.

I got mine to work by force stopping the app, clearing cache and restarting the watch. Fitbit Charge 4/Settings/About/reboot.

Hope this works for you.
