Pressed something this morning and ever since all I receive on screen is DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE THE FITBIT APP TO SET UP along with date I first did that.
App on phone has all the original log in /set up details and says i have a device already connected.
Can anyone please help?

Don't worry about the message. It only indicates that you have to set your Charge 4 again to your account.
