My display is not legible any more. DND is turned off, light set to automatic. Well, that is what I could read before it got to this stage where I can hardly see anything any more. Top and bottom line are faded and cannot be read, centre is black.
Charge only works occasionally, hit and miss. Tried cleaning, but no consistent operation. Watch is 3 years old. Tried via Customer Service, but they now closed my case?!? - without fixing the issues.
Anyone got any ideas? Problem is I cannot read the display any more. Would have to go by feel with the swipes to work out where I am and what to touch... Thanks for any help.

They have closed my case - and I cannot get in contact any more. It takes me days to charge the Fitbit and by the time I managed, and responded, I got an email at to tell me I waited too long with my response.
