Charge 4 Display only showing bottom 1/4 of content

Fitbit Charge 4, my display only shows the bottom 1/4 of the content on the screen. When I swipe I sometimes see it change at the bottom but the rest of the display is blank.

I have charged the Fitbit Charge 4, green lights show at the rear and it vibrates when connected to the charger.

I have tried resetting it by holding the button down for longer than 8 seconds, felt it vibrate, but this didn't fix the issue. Nor did going into the app and changing the clock face, or installing a new clock face. The clock face says installed okay but the display is still not showing everything.

The fitbit charge 4 synchronises okay with the phone still.

I'm sorry to know the difficulty that you are having with the display of your Charge 4. Thank you for providing the details about this inconvenience. 

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please keep in contact with them and let them know of the steps that you already tried.
