I have had my latest Fitbit since Nov 22. The screen has faded, particularly the bottom half until almost unreadable and it frequently fails to connect and track my runs on GPs. I have done the various updates, restarts etc. I would like the device replacing.

I have the same issue, this is the second fitbit charge I have that the screen faded off after using 1 year plus. Currently my charge 4 screen is fading looks like the same issue with my Charge 3 which start to fade after 1 year and completely no display and now it happen to my charge 4. Very disappointed with charge 4.
