Charge 4 -First it worked and then it didn't

I bought my first Fitbit back in August. Set it up worked great .Within the last week I noticed that it was not longer vibrating , ex 10k steps-text messages, and I wasn't getting notifications. Checked al the settings and everything looked fine. Research' took me to clearing cache/data etc.. and still doesn't work. Tried to repair the watch with phone and they don't find each other. It keeps asking me if the watch is charging, spins then back to the beginning.. Hoping this is an easy fix and user error.. Help Please

My charge 4 stopped syncing and my phone couldn't find it.  I had to uninstall and re-install the app.  Then it forced me to change my fitbit account that I had for about 10 years to my google account.  Once I did all that it started syncing.  Also There are 2 Do Not Disturb setting.  Hit the side button and check that on.  It's hard to tell if that is on or off.  If it's all 'grayed' out then it's off and that is what you want.  It took be a bit to search for a picture of what it should look like when I accidently turned it on.   Check out page 18 & 19 to find out the differences in the manual.  https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_charge_4_en_US.pdf
