Has Fitbit pay been enabled for the Fitbit charge 4 in South Africa. Would I need to set it up on the device? Doesn’t seam to be enabled

Yes, indeed some banks in South Africa are supporting Fitbit Pay.

You don't need to do anything as to setup your credit card to your Charge 4.
