Charge 4 Fitbit app not tracking water correctly

I received a Charge 4 at Christmas and have been wearing it since then.  I started tracking my fluid intake at that time.  I always enter the amount consumed using the app on my iPad (actually didn’t realise I could enter the amount directly on the watch).  Oddly, one amount entered every day (usually the first) is left out of the daily total - if I have 3 drinks of 300, 250 and 300ml the daily totals will show as 550ml even though all three drinks appear on the list.  Since most drinks are in the 250-300ml range it is a pain to have to go through the list deleting and then re-entering amounts until the correct total shows. Is there a “fix” for this?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for the information provided.

 

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Charge 4 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1642642850403.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have tried the suggested fixes but unfortunately the problem is still occurring. Here is a typical screen shot after inputting 300 and then 275ml. To fix the total I will have to delete all entries and then re-enter them one by one.
