Charge 4 - Fitbit not showing Heart Rate

• Fitbit no longer showing average Heart rate when exercising ? This stoppped  at end of February 😞

I assume that you are referring the average heart rate on the Fitbit app?

Could you confirm this to avoid confusion?

Do you see it on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

Yes it is. I will send through some photos so its easier to explain.

Up until 28th February this is what I used to see after I had completed my walking - first photo. I track my walks from the Fit Bit Ap on my i phone.

Then after that the AVG bpm and zone mins was no longer appearing - second photo - These walks were also from the Fit Bit Ap on my i phone

Today I tried to track from the Fit Bit to see if that would work better and yes it did for my walk this morning , but my walk this afternoon did not track all of my walk so my exercise reading then is not accurate - third photo.

@VickiMcM123 , Thank you for your reply. It seems that the pictures were not uploaded correctly! Could you try attaching them again to your reply?

In the meantime, make sure you have the latest Fitbit app installed.

Please force close the Fitbit app. Tap on the multitasking button and swipe the app to close it. 

Restart your phone, (off/on).

Restart your Charge 4 again.

I am going to try rebooting to see if this helps also.
