My fitness score has always gone up and down dependant on my lifestyle at the time. I was at the very good level around 39. Then all of a sudden it dropped to 32 out of no where and has been there for about 3mths now. Which amazes me due to the fact that my weight has decreased, as has my RHR, my HRV has increased and my exercise and active minutes is greatly increased. So realisticly my fitness score should have gone up.
Is there a problem with the monitoring of this. Plus I don't run!!!
