My charge 4 GPS is not calculating the right amount of KM. The map is correct so the GPS is not dropping out but the distance is wrong. For example, my husband did the same walk as me with his Garmin watch and there is 1.66km difference. His said 5.37km and mine said 3.71km. Both maps were identical and google maps says it is over 5km so Garmin looks more accurate.

Is this a known issue with fitbit GPS or is there a way to fix it?

Having the same problem specifically in walking mode. I do the same route walking and jogging and get the same map but completely different distance readings. Very frustrating.
