I just went for a run earlier today, and I realized after getting home that on the map, the GPS says my route stopped prematurely when I was midway through the home stretch back to my front door, but I stopped the workout when I arrived back home. Why is this happening? Not only did it track incorrectly at the end, but it says my workout was a little shorter than it really was (3.29mi vs the actual ~3.5mi).
I see on the forums here that people are noticing their Charge 4 stopping the workout early on its own - this is a slightly different issue in that the workout is still running, but the GPS gave up.
How do I prevent this from happening again?

It always is about a quarter mile behind in my track workouts and when it transfers to Strava it takes another quarter off. For instance today I did an hourglass interval workout on a football field 2 miles at 6:10 ish. When I stopped my watch with the rest of the team it was a quarter mile behind, then in Strava it said I'd only done 1.41 miles
