My Charge 4 no longer starts up the GPS for bike rides from the exercise menu, but it does start for walks or runs. This is a recent change, since I used to be able to GPS track rides with this tracker last fall. I have tried rebooting the device, reinstalling the app, and re-pairing the tracker with the app. I have also tried changing the GPS settings on the tracker, and I know they are working because I've tracked a walk.

Agree! I am on my second Charge 4 (first returned under warranty). The first Charge 4 would stop tracking after a mobile interruption (text/call). FitBit Tech suggested I change the mode from “dynamic” to the device. Seemed pointless to have the option, if it doesn’t work properly. The second Charge 4 is having similar issues. It tracks some rides or parts of a ride. I have called for assistance and was taken through several steps, none of which resolved the issue.
