My Fitbit sometimes shows that my heart rate is in the red zone after midnight while I'm sleeping. Can this be explained ?

Hello @beadlesd2 Are you seeing this spike in your zone minute heart rate graph? Many users are describing heart rate spikes like this in their zone minute heart rate graph. It's not limited to the Charge 4. I get them, too. Fitbit is aware of the issue. I'm confident that this is a bug in the zone minute graph. Fitbit Premium gives you a sleeping heart rate graph. My sleeping heart rate graph never shows a spike at the same time.
