I have had a charge 4 since April 2021, and I have loved it. Then lines started appearing on the screen, and I now have about 10 lines across the screen. Also, the battery life is awful. Takes longer to charge them to drain. Charging it for an hour charges it to like 50 percent, which takes only about an hour to drain. Convenient how it happened not too long after warranty ended. Fitbit support is no help, all the offered was 2 vague troubleshooting steps and then offered me a 35% discount on a new one. Pitiful. Does anyone know of any solutions that might help? Or do I need to shell out another 100 bucks for a Charge 5? I am going to try to claim extended warranty that is included with the credit card bought with it, but is there anything I can do? Thanks!

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps performed and the feedback. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
