Why does my dashboard say I haven’t moved for 3hrs and 23 minutes despite the fact that my charge 4 has recorded the steps taken during that period?

Do you see the message on the app dashboard or online dashboard (fitbit.com)?

Do you see the message before or after you  sync your Charge 4?
