I got a Fitbit Charge 4 after seeing a friends a couple of years ago. I have had the weird experience of having had multiple Fitbit Charge 4s replaced because the screen went blank and even after rebooting/restarting the Fitbit wouldn't work.
I bought a Charge 4 and loved it, after a while i joined Premium and thought it was great. After about 4 months my first Charge 4 went completely blank it vibrated a bit then stopped. I reviewed the advice on how to restart or reboot a Charge 4 to no avail. I called Customer service and again went thru all the steps to try to get it to work. Didn't work and I was sent a refurbished one from Fitbit. That one worked fine at the beginning then again blank screen, no solution, customer service replaces it with a refurbished one. And it is still continuing a fitbit Charge 4 works only a few months.
The one I purchase recently in June 2022, died in November 2022.
I wish I didn't love my Fitbit so much because this has been a waste of time and money.
Has anyone had anything like this happen to them?
Still looking for a band style fitness monitor. Any advice appreciated.
