Until last month my menstrual health tracker was working perfectly, but now it refuses to accept a period I log and clear the predicted period it keeps pushing forward. I keep getting a message saying that it can't predict my fertile window because my last logged fertility test contradicts the prediction. I've never taken a fertility test, let alone logged it.
I've tried updating the app thinking that would fix it, but no luck.
