Charge 4 - No notifications of any kind

Neither my charge 4 or versa 4 are getting any notification, emails, etc. I have deleted app, reinstalled and still nothing. 

Did fitbit do an update that screwed things up? Any suggestions as what to do now.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that neither your Charge 4 nor Versa 4 are getting any notification, emails, etc. 

This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, I can understand your feelings about this situation. 

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

May I suggest you to verify that the do not disturb / do not disturb on exercise modes are not enabled? To change these settings, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
