Charge 4 Not Holding a Charge

I have looked up past articles on this topic, tried everything suggested, and remain just as frustrated as I was yesterday when my charged Charge 4 died. 
Yesterday afternoon I charged my Fitbit up to 85% then when I put it back on within an hour it said it was at 5%.
I charged it again, back up to around 85%, and went to bed. It is at 20% this morning. 
It worked fine up until yesterday, with a charge lasting 5-6 days. It is not a year old. 
HELP!

I assume that you already read this: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
