Charge 4 . Not showing heart rate & step count.

Hi, can anyone advise please. My Fitbit ran out of battery whilst on my walk yesterday afternoon, and once home and charged again, it has stopped showing heart rate & step count on the watch display. Tried rebooting it numerous of times. Restarted my phone, disconnected Fitbit, deleted all data and readded it again. Still nothing!  Only 18 months old, and still under warranty.

Quick question, do you see the steps on the Fitbit app after syncing the Charge 4?

Good morning, I've just looked and actually it's not showing any new data,
steps, heart ,sleep , breathing pattern, nothing other than battery
percentage and old data from before Sunday,In the app. On the watch display
itself, just the time and date ,which is correct.

Thank you for your reply, but my husband has been in touch with someone
about it and is sending it back, since it is only 18months old and
completely froze up yesterday and I couldn't get it to do anything, time or
others.
