Hiya, does anyone know how to change the calender app on my Charge 4?

 

Haven't used it in quite a while and now I solely use Outlook, Google was either one I'd set up previously or is just sitting there as a default. I've been playing about with the settings but can't seem to find a way to change it from Google to Outlook. I have allowed permissions and notifications for Outlook but that's as far as I've got. 0 Events showing at present on my fitbit but there are events on my Outlook calender.

 

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Hi there @elmaggs. Welcome to Community Forums.

 

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.

 

Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.

 

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.
