My Charge 4 appears to be sending me “missed call” alerts for numbers that haven’t called me in MONTHS

 

Where is it getting them from???

@philguk , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. 

 

Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit App installed. 

 

On the Fitbit app and on the phone make sure that the time setting is on manual and not automatic. 

Restart the Charge4. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Should the issue persists try setting the Charge 4 again as a new device. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
