Users who own a Fitbit Charge 4, can I please have your reviews and thoughts on the device. I'm torn between the Charge 4 and Inspire 2, but leaning towards the Charge 4.

i don't know anything about inspire 2, but i cannot recommend charge 4. it has been laggy ever since i bought it, a lot of metrics are simply NOT accurate (it very much overestimates distance especially when you're walking or working around your home) and mine died 2 months after warranty expired, for no obvious reason. never suffered any kind of physical or water damage, died while on my wrist while i was trying to start a workout session. customer support could not provide help to get it started again. i was offered 35% discount on next purchase, which is not happening. so that's my experience. hopefully others had more luck with it.

Don’t waste your money on the Charge 4! The Charge 4 has many defects,(read over the many comments and complaints on the forum, shortly after the year warranty ended, my screen went totally blank. The Support Team said it was an unexpected problem with the device that they were aware of but could offer no help except to offer a 35% coupon off another device.  I don’t have an Inspire 2 but my great nephew has had an Inspire for 3 years and he loves it. Read over the Inspire 2 forums to see what people

are saying. Make an informative decision, check out other brands besides Fitbit, check out their warranties as well as their customer service ratings and Support.  I give Fitbit a goose egg on all three. Good Luck!

Lots of crashing issues with the Charge 4, attested by many reports on this forum.
