Charge 4 - Screen not waking and can't restart

Replacement Fitbit device (long story) suddenly stopped lighting up yesterday. Unresponsive to screen tap or button push. So can't get to Settings, About,Restart via screen display.

Also can't restart when in charger and depress button for 8 seconds, tho can feel short vibrations and sometimes a long vibration.

Any ideas what I should do?
