I was in the middle of a run and the side button got stuck inside and stopped. Didn't track my run and now drains the battery because it's stuck in. When I put it in the charger it just restarts. I have had terrible issues with this Fitbit. ..

All Fitbit did when I sent through the claim was send me a new band, which was not helpful at all since it's the actual Fitbit that is not working.

@lwortel , Nice to see you back. Thank you for your update. I verified your case with Support and seems that you used the button to contact support about the brocken wristband, instad of using the Chat or call option. That is why you are going to receive a replacement wristband.
