Charge 4 - SpO not available in Turkey

I am sure that the fitbit application and the charge 4 is up to date. I couldn't find the health app in the applications list. Turkey seems not included in supported countries of health app. How this can be possible, how this is related with countries and why you dont mention that in bigger fonts that you dont support the app in some countries?

As you mentioned in Turkey  the SPo2 feature is not available yet.

I tracked all similar topics that you have been asked about the spo2 tracking in Turkey. 

Regretfully; there is no answer to the very specific point of Why you are advertising your products "having sp02 tracking" despite the fact that you are not providing this feature for many countries? 

We are not aware of any regulation in Turkey that prohibits your spo2 tracking, therefore please be specific in naming the reason for your decision.

@demir   SpO2 tracking is a medically regulated feature.  It needed to be approved by the US Food and Drug administration before it was released here.  It needs approval from the equivalent regulatory body in Turkey before it can be released there.

I also agree with the OP.  It is very hard to see that it isn't available in all countries.
