Hi, 

I first replied to on 25th Sept, as below, with the requested photos.

I have since had chats with support, with Johana on 27th and was given another ref #.

Still not received the replacement band!! 

Please help! 

Today is Sunday 8th October & my band/strap is going to break any day!!
