I have a love/hate relationship with my watch, and fitbit reps. I purchased my watch last May 2021. I worked out a few initial glitches, and then November arrived. I've had zero HRV readings, and the Health Metrics works most times, and not at others. It always says; "No Data." I've been mislead by many reps dragging me along, especially on Twitter. I'm told; "Fitbit is aware of the issue and we're working on it." Then, absolutely nothing? I would have to assume that after more than 2 months of 'working on it,' -nothing is or will be happening. It's a dead deal, and Fitbit cannot fix it. Can someone let me know the process to return it, because Fitbit is failing to fix the issue I can only assume it's the watch malfunctioning. Also, I'm so happy I cancelled the Premier membership, as what another huge waste of money that would have been for an additional few functions, and the watch doesn't even function properly.
