I’ve tried every solution I could find online. It will not restart counting steps

Just to avoid confusions. 

You don't see the steps on the Charge 4 but they are shown on the app after syncing?

Or neither are the steps shown on the app nor the Charge 4?

Is there any other stat missing? Heart rate, calories,etc?

 

Have you tried the steps here to restart the Charge 4? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
