This morning my watch had the Fitbit symbol and the numbers 001 on it. I plugged it in and unplugged it and it reset. After the reset, the screen awake feature and my heart rate monitor were not working even though they were turned on. I have no idea what to try/do next. I have also reset my watch a second time which did not help.
