After Daylight Savings time early Sunday Morning, my tracker decided to not charge. I had it charging the entitire night before. I cleaned the tracker and did everything the Community suggested to no avail. But I noticed when I was able to look at the download that at around 2am it had a slope graph and thats when it stopped working. My solution? After several resets, recharging, 2 to be exact, and lots of vibration and buzzing sounds it finally charged. I tried everything the Community had mentioned with similar compaints. By the way I almost threw the tracker away, but I persisted. I did the updates and now its back as new. Persistence pays off.
