Although all is switched on my Fitbit charge 4 has stopped vibrating and informing me when I reach 10,000 steps

Please hold the button of the Charge 4 for 3 seconds. You'll see the Quick Settings.
Please verify that "Don't disturb" and "Sleep" modes are off. To change the setting just tap on it.
If everything is ok and the Charge 4 doesn't vibrate, please restart your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If it doesn't help, let me know if the charge 4 vibrates with the silent alarms and when you receive a notification from your mobile device.
