Charge 4 Won’t Hold Charge

Within the past few days my charge 4 will charge to 100% and within an hour the charge is fully drained.

I have turned off gps and rebooted and did an update.

any advice?
Fitbit replaced a broken charge 4 in August so it is not that old.
