All of a sudden it seems my Fitbit won't pair to my phone's Bluetooth.  Not sure how to address this.

Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app installed. 

 

Also for better results it's recommendable that no other Bluetooth device is connected to you phone when you Sync your charge 4.
