I bought a new Charge 4 wristband, after the first one was broken (didn’t know then, this could have been replaced under warranty). After a while, the band came off when putting on my jacket. This now happens more often.
I cleaned the end where the band attaches, but it looks like the the clasping mechanism has gone limp. The other band topics I read, didn’t offer me the solution.
Off course, I’m just out of warranty.
Help! What to do?

This week, I contacted Fitbit customer services. They were so kind to have a look at my tracker and offered me a new one.

Could it be the spring gone in it does the strap still connect to it before it comes apart again?
