I'm rather disappointed that my replacement nub isn't under warranty. I undersatnd that my original purchase is now out of warranty after almost two years but the replacement has only been with me for 12 months (and a week!!) and has the exact same issues. I've been offered a 35% discount on another purchase but feel this isn't quite right. If there is an issue with a product not being fit for purpose - which I believe to be the case with how the straps attach to the nub - then customers should not have to fork out again. I have read SO many posts about this exact same problem and would expect the manufacturers to address this rather than expect customes to purchase another - possibly - defective unit. I'm not happy with this at all.
