Charge 4 active zone minutes not reflecting what is shown on heart rate

I understand how active zone minutes work and everything. My issue is that, my fitbit is saying my heart rate is in my active zones for almost my entire workout, but the active zone minutes says it was almost all below my zones. What gives? My fat burn zone starts at 101, cardio at 128. I was above these the whole time, but the ap is saying i have 1 min of fat burn, 4 min of cardio, 15 below zones?

If you go to your profile page, then go to User (click on your icon), choose Personal Info, choose Heart Rate Zone. Are the zones default or custom ?

They're default.
