Hello. I rely on my Charge 4 to wake up in the morning to get my children ready for school. It usually goes off, then gives me a 9 minute snooze and goes off again. I have woken up late several days this week because my watch suddenly has stopped having a snooze for this alarm. It goes off, I silence it with the button on the side, and it no longer goes off again in 9minutes. Is the only way to have a snooze now to actually look at my watch and touch the snooze icon on the screen? This interrupts my ability to snooze and wakes me up. What has changed? I need this functionality to work properly.
I have erased the alarm and added a new one, I have reset the Fitbit and this continues to not fix it. Please let me know if there was a change, or if my Fitbit isn’t working properly so I can get a new one as I rely on this functionality. Thank you.
