The charge 4 band connector has broken again. On my replacement. This Fitbit has an ongoing issue, as I have notice numerous complaints. I’ve been a loyal customer since the I got a blaze. With lasted a long time. Since then I’ve purchased various Fitbits that barely last a year. I think this is a great product for someone with heart issues. But it’s changed. Now, what can I do with this charge 4?
