Just as others have reported, the connector from the device to the strap broke on my Charge 4 after less than 2 years.
Fitbit stop making products with this bad design.

Hi @Christic3 if your Charge 4 still works and you want to keep using it, go to Amazon and get a protective band cover, which encompasses the pebble portion and allows you to keep using it. click to see the item. Many on the forum have found this to be a solution to getting a new Charge, especially since the Charge 4 was the last of the series to have the altimeter in it.

It still works. The piece connecting the band broke. The band you shared encircles the device? It doesn't require the connector?

@Christic3 the pictures on that link will show you that it encompasses the pebble entirely. The broken part won't let you use a conventional band, but this special band will work. It's worked for many others on the forum.
