Charge 4 band connector is broken

i have been using charge 4 for over 2 year. The plastic connector got broken. Is there a way I can fix it?

I’m attaching a picture for reference.

A quick response will be highly appreciated.

Hi @ManzarNaqvi  it's happened to others. Some have tried gluing it. Most have gone to Amazon and purchased a protective cover band which uses just the pebble part of the Charge 4. It encompasses the pebble, so the connector piece doesn't matter with this band.

Similar thing happened to me.  Some one on this forum recommended Sufly protective cover. Reviews were good so ordered it on Sunday. Just got it last night. Pebble fits nice and snug and the band is soft enough that you can press the button through it. So far very happy. Think it was $11.98.

Unfortunately, I can’t wear leather or plastic/rubber due to skin conditions 😕

Not sure about that brand having a metal choice, but thought I did see one offered with a different band. Amazon had a couple different brands that they offered.  So far my new protective band is working great. Be sure to read the reviews.

The connector for the strap broke off of my Charge 4 (spontaneously).  I was able to fix it.  Search "Broken strap connector: Successfully repaired! DIY"

I have purchased one of these straps from Amazon as I could not repair my connector.  It works great and now I am able to wear my Fitbit again!  Recently, I have seen a lot of posts with the connector breaking.  There is definitely a design issue.
