I was taking my Fitbit Charge 4 off one day and the Band Holder broke off. I don't know if it is even possible to fix. I only have two pieces and after watching YouTube my spring is gone. One of the screw holes has a screw in it. How am I to fix this. My Fitbit was purchased in April 2020 and the website says there is no warranty when I tried to file a claim. Now I am back to my Fitbit Charge 2 which seems to be build better than the 4.
Can anyone help me?

Same exact thing happened to mine. I took good care of it and it fell of my wrist while I was just in bed. I doubt I will buy Fitbit again. It does not seem to last as long as other brands. And 35% off is not very enticing, especially when their current sale prices are about the same discount and you can’t use the discount on sale prices.

That’s exactly the same as what mine looks like, Is it fixable?
the little black pieces don’t stay in place I’ve tried to clip it in and no way will it stay , must be something broken on it. I didn’t drop it , just taking it off and the strap fell to the floor.
must be made cheap, wasn’t bought cheap..

Go to Amazon and copy the following in their search line;
This is a complete silicone case for the Charge 4 (with the straps removed). Press it into the opening, that's it. I got mine for around 8 bucks, U.S.

I also had the black plastic piece on charge 4 break off. My charge 4 warranty expired on 9/21/2022. here is it 12/26/2022. This isthe 2nd time that a fitbit has failed to the the point where I had to purchase a new one. I am frustrated that you buy a warranty which is only good for 2 years and noone notifies you that it is about to expire. I am not sure mine can be fixed . It still functions but I am not able to wear it on my wrist.

I was able to fix the band attachment with super glue. Then attached the band with super glue. Works good now, we will see how long it lasts.

You are lucky you got a positive response.
I got my charge 4 as a birthday gift in Nov.2021 and it broke in Nov.2022.
How did you contact customer service ? I tried online and they are asking for a credit card info to continue. I’m not doing that..very disappointed.
My first tracker was a Fitbit flex and just kept going up to newer models. Other than straps breaking I never had any other issues until now, might just go with a different brand if I can’t trust Fitbit anymore, The more popular they become the cheaper they seem to make them..
I tried the glue but it won’t adhere to the black plastic…mine is rendered useless.

@Yggepllorrac Fitbit support does not ask for credit card information to help you.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

@Yggepllorrac there are so many scammers online. That's why when I want to get with support from a company I purchased an item from, I go to their website instead of searching for a number online. Somehow the scammers get their number or site high enough on the search results that people believe it to be the actual company. Fitbit has never asked for a credit card number from me, so it makes me think you were not in touch with the true company. Anyway, get with support at one of those ways I posted above.

Just search for 'charge 4 band case'. An integrated one-piece case/strap . That's the only thing that can make it work.
