Has anyone had any problems with the band holder coming off and then when you snap it back in it does not stay anymore. Plus you can’t buy any replacement bands.

Much has been written about this. Unfortunately, Fitbit knows about it and it has affected a lot of people. Depending on whether you are in warranty or not, Fitbit has come up with a discounted new Fitbit. You have to go through support and get their OK for this. Others have managed to "fix it". Sadly it has been around for ages and response from supplier has not been great.

Mine has done the exact same thing. Sadly it's already been replaced in May once foe black screen issue and now it's only 6 months old and the watch strap holder broke. I can no longer attach a band. I am very upset about this.
